Disaster Preps: Week 4

We're back to the hardware section this week, along with a stop by the pharmacy.

Weekly Purchases:

• Plumber's tape (metal strapping)
• Crowbar
• Smoke Detector
• Extra medications, or a prescription marked "emergency use" if needed.

Action Items:

• Install and test your smoke detector.  If you have questions about installation or testing, your local fire department is more than willing to answer questions.
• Secure your water heater to wall studs using the metal strapping.
