NORTHEAST LOUISIANA...AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS. .DAY ONE...TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL OCCUR OVER THE AREA TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY AS A WARM FRONT LIFTS ACROSS THE REGION. RAINFALL TOTALS FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED. THIS WILL PRODUCE FLOODING AT SOME LOCATIONS...ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AREAS AND WHERE DRAINAGE IS POOR. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THURSDAY...ALONG WITH THE RISK OF ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL. THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER RISK WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE DAMAGING 60 MPH WINDS AND A FEW TORNADOES. LARGE QUARTER SIZE HAIL MAY ALSO OCCUR.
